You'll be responsible for diary management, expenses, coordinating international travel, and more. This is a team that thrives on precision, pace, and collaboration. You must have at least 2 - 3 years of experience as a Team Assistant in the investment sector, professional services, or a fast-paced corporate environment where you have been proactive and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing complex calendars and shifting schedules for a high-energy team
  2. Coordinating international travel and managing related logistics and expenses
  3. Acting as a key liaison with clients, stakeholders, and senior leaders
  4. Assisting with team events, internal projects, and providing support where needed

Requirements include:

  1. 2+ years supporting a team in investment or professional services
  2. Thrives under pressure, polished communication skills, and a go-to attitude

This is a 6-month contract, offering the possibility of extension or permanence based on performance.
