Job summary

TeachMatch is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a specialist setting in Worcestershire. This role focuses on providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning and grow confidence.

Experience in SEN or mainstream settings is beneficial. A patient, caring approach and strong behaviour management are essential, along with a valid DBS. Temp-to-perm, start date October 2026.

We are looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to work within a specialist education setting in Worcestershire.

The role will involve providing 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning, develop confidence and make positive progress both academically and personally.

Previous experience within SEN, alternative provision, youth work, care or another specialist setting would be beneficial, although candidates with transferable experience and the right attitude are also encouraged to apply.
