Academics are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs across primary schools in Malvern, Droitwich, Pershore, Worcester and Redditch, starting from the October half term.
You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping children engage with learning, build confidence and feel safe and supported within the school environment. Previous TA experience in SEN is desirable.

We are seeking a caring, patient and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting children and helping them reach their full potential. You will work with a range of pupils who may have additional needs relating to communication, interaction, sensory processing and emotional wellbeing.
The successful candidate will support pupils both 1:1 and in small groups, helping them to engage with learning, develop their confidence and feel safe and supported within the school environment. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff.
Previous experience working within a school or educational setting as a Teaching Assistant is highly desirable. Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs, particularly within an SEN setting, would also be beneficial.
Pay: £93 - £110 per day, depending on experience and assignment. Holiday pay is included in the daily rate.
