Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a friendly SEN school in Knowle, Bristol. You will support pupils with a range of needs and work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences.

We are looking for dedicated and caring Teaching Assistants to join a friendly and inclusive SEN school in Knowle. About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences
• Build positive relationships that encourage confidence, independence, and personal growth
• Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual student needs
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment

• Has a genuine passion for supporting children and young people
• Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Has experience in education, childcare, care work, youth work, coaching, or support work (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
