Protocol Education is recruiting Learning Support Assistants and Teaching Assistants for a brand-new SEN school in Knowle, Bristol (BS4). Roles can be full-time or part-time and involve supporting pupils with a range of Additional Needs.

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Do you have experience working within education, SEN settings, or supporting children and young people?

A new specialist SEN school in Knowle (BS4) is looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new provision where you can help shape a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment from the very beginning.

The Role

As an LSA or TA, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and achieve their individual goals.

You will:

  • Support students in the classroom and during wider school activities
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored support
  • Help students develop social, emotional, and communication skills
  • Encourage independence and celebrate progress
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with children or young people is essential
