Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to support students across North Bristol in a variety of schools. Roles are available on a flexible basis, including full-time and part-time schedules, with competitive daily pay.

You will assist teachers, support pupils with learning needs, and help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment, contributing to pupils reaching their full potential.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping pupils reach their full potential. Duties may include:

  • Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
  • Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
  • Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
