Job summary

St Raphael the Archangel CMAT is recruiting a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to provide 1:1 support at St Anthony's Catholic Primary Academy in Royal Leamington Spa. This fixed-term, part-time role is 30 hours per week during term time plus INSET days (39 weeks per year).

The successful candidate will be fully supportive of our Catholic ethos, hold a TA qualification, and bring experience of working in a school environment.

Qualifications

• TA qualification and prior school experience required.
• Evidence of strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide 1:1 support and personal development.
• Commitment to Catholic ethos of the school.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to identified pupils.
• Assist with curriculum delivery and classroom activities.
• Monitor progress and report to teacher.
• Support inclusive practices.
