Overview

Location: Chepstow and surrounding areas

Position: Teaching Assistants

Type of work: To support in all aspects of learning and aid those with additional needs.

Contract start date: ASAP

Duration: Long‑term employment

Contract type: Temporary

Employment: Full‑time

Minimum rate of pay: £89.69 per day

Hours: 08:30 am – 15:30 pm, Mon – Fri (term time only)

Experience, Training and Qualifications
  • Experience working with children or adults with additional needs.
  • Good behaviour management skills.
  • Up‑to‑date Safeguarding and Prevent training issued within the last year.
  • Physical fitness and willingness to take children out of lessons to play from time to time.
Eligibility Requirements
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate, registered with the online update service, or willingness to apply for one.
  • Two professional child‑related references.
