Teaching Assistant

Full Time | Monday-Friday | £102 per day

The Role:
  • Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism, ADHD, speech & language needs, and mild learning difficulties
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
  • Offering general classroom assistance, helping to maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere
  • Working collaboratively with class teachers and the SENCO to implement support strategies
  • Encouraging pupils' engagement, independence, and confidence
  • Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children in a school or SEN setting
  • Confident supporting pupils with varying SEN needs
  • Positive, patient, and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to commit to a full-time role, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
