Salary: £90 - £110 per day

The school is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team. The successful applicant will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them access the curriculum, manage their emotions, and develop key life skills.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Have prior experience working with children or young people with additional needs (in a school or similar setting).
  • Be confident in managing challenging behaviour and using positive behaviour strategies.
  • Be patient, empathetic, and committed to helping every child reach their potential.
  • Be comfortable supporting across a range of ages and abilities.
