A Sixth Form College in Southampton is seeking a dedicated individual for a one-year maternity cover role. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching in Sport and Protective Services and engage in enriching extracurricular activities. One-year maternity cover, applications welcome for full or part-time role. We are looking to recruit a talented and enthusiastic person to join our highly successful and inclusive Sixth Form College. The successful candidate will be a committed, inspirational and dynamic individual with a passion for teaching. We welcome applications from ECTs and experienced teachers from Sixth Form Colleges, Schools and FE Colleges.
The Faculty for Sport and Protective Services offers a wide range of courses including: BTEC Level 2 and 3 Sport, A-level PE, NCFE Level 2 Public Services and BTEC Level 3 Public Services, together with a range of additional sports qualifications and the Duke of Edinburgh scheme to enrich the student experience and support students in their career opportunities. The faculty has dedicated specialist teaching spaces and supports a range of extra-curricular activity to enrich the taught curriculum including an excellent sports academy programme.
