Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a Year 3 Teacher for a warm primary school in the L20 area of Liverpool. ECTs are welcome and will join a supportive KS2 team with strong leadership and collaborative planning.

You will deliver engaging lessons, differentiate for SEND, and work with the SENCO and senior staff while access to planning resources and ongoing CPD supports your development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive, stimulating Year 3 classroom environment.
  • Support pupil progress across English, Maths, Science and the wider curriculum.
  • Assess, monitor and record pupil progress; differentiate for individual needs.
  • Promote positive behaviour, independence and a love of learning.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff, the SENCO and senior leadership to ensure best outcomes.

Role Overview:

Milk Education is delighted to be working with a warm, welcoming, and inclusive primary school in the L20 area of Liverpool, who are seeking a Year 3 Teacher to join their dedicated KS2 team.

This role is ECT-friendly and ideal for teachers at the start of their career or those looking to further develop their confidence within a supportive Key Stage 2 environment.

You will be supported by an experienced teaching team, strong leadership, and well-established planning systems, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging and high-quality lessons.

Classroom & School Support:

Key Responsibilities:
