Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher for a long-term, full-time position in North Liverpool. The role welcomes experienced teachers and ECTs, offering a supportive school culture focused on wellbeing and community.

You will deliver differentiated lessons for diverse SEN needs, collaborate with the SEN team, and help pupils achieve academic and social outcomes in a inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with recent experience in a primary or SEN setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Creative and resilient approach to teaching.
• Experience delivering differentiated lessons to meet a range of needs.
• Experience working collaboratively with other staff and external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, accessible and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
• Promote inclusion, independence, and achievement for all pupils in your care.
• Develop and adapt teaching strategies and resources to support learning and emotional well-being.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and the wider SEN team to implement EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans).
• Foster a positive, caring classroom environment that supports both academic and social development.
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

Primary Teacher

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher for a long-term role in North Liverpool. This is a full-time position, Whether you’re an Experienced Teacher or an ECT, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
