Job summary

Milk Education is seeking enthusiastic Primary ECTs for placements in Oldham. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, establish routines, and create an inclusive classroom with the support of a mentor.

Ideal candidates are completing or have completed the ECT induction, hold QTS or an equivalent qualification, and bring experience from primary settings. This role offers flexible day-to-day, short-term, and long-term opportunities with comprehensive safeguarding support.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate recognised teaching qualification.
  • Currently completing, or recently completed, your Early Career Teacher (ECT) induction.
  • Experience working within a primary school or education setting.
  • Good understanding of the KS1/KS2 National Curriculum.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • A positive, enthusiastic and professional approach.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a school team.
