Job summary

You will screen CVs, lead candidate resourcing, manage records, and support Recruitment Consultants while maintaining compliance and providing high levels of service to candidates and hiring teams.

Qualifications

• Screen incoming CVs
• Screen CVs for a wide variety of job roles
• Lead candidate resourcing activity to fulfill specific assignments
• Maintain all files and databases for contractor workforce
• Assist Recruitment Consultants
• Inductions

Responsibilities

• Lead candidate aftercare activity, including start date confirmation and ongoing communications
• Maintain candidate records and training
• Maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them updated with recruitment process
• Assist and report to service delivery manager
• Collate and record interview feedback
• Ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed
