Workforce Recruitment and Training is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Worcester. The role focuses on screening CVs, resourcing candidates for diverse roles, and managing candidate communications throughout the process.

You will maintain databases, support Recruitment Consultants, and help with inductions and training records to ensure smooth talent pipelines and compliant processes.

Responsabilidades

• Screening incoming CVs for a wide variety of job roles.
• Leading the candidate resourcing activity to fulfil specific assignments.
• Lead candidate aftercare activity, including start date confirmation and ongoing communications with customers.
• Maintaining all files and databases to support contractor/workforce needs.
• Assist Recruitment Consultants.
• Conduct inductions.
• Support in maintaining and updating candidate records and training.
• Maintaining relationships with candidates and keeping them updated with the recruitment process.
• Assist and report to the service delivery manager on progress.
• Collate and record interview feedback.
• Ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed.
