Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited in Ipswich is seeking a proactive HR & Resourcing Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration in a fast-paced environment. The role reports to the HR function and offers a path to a permanent position.

Formación

• HR administration or recruitment coordination experience.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies and post job adverts.
• Manage interview scheduling, diary coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Support onboarding: contracts, references, right-to-work and induction planning.
• Maintain HR records, generate reports and support HR projects.
