Job summary

Workforce Staffing in Worcester is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. The role involves screening CVs for diverse roles, leading resourcing activities and aftercare communications, and maintaining accurate candidate records to support contractors.

You will work closely with Recruitment Consultants, handle inductions, and ensure adherence to all processes and compliance. A reliable, organised approach and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Screen incoming CVs for a wide variety of job roles.
• Lead candidate resourcing activity to fulfill assignments.
• Lead candidate aftercare including start date confirmation and ongoing communications.
• Maintain candidate files and databases to support contractor workforce.
• Assist Recruitment Consultants and participate in inductions.
• Support in maintaining and updating candidate records and training.
• Keep candidates updated with recruitment progress.
• Assist and report to service delivery manager and collate interview feedback.
• Ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed.

Our company is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Screening incoming CVs
• Screening CVs for a wide variety of job roles
• Leading the candidate resourcing activity to fulfill specific assignments;
• Lead candidate aftercare activity, including start date confirmation and ongoing periodic customer care communications;
• Maintaining all files and databases to ensure the effective support, tracking and management of the contractor tor workforce;
• Assist the Recruitment Consultants
• Inductions
• Support in maintain and updating candidate records and training
• Maintaining relationship with candidates, keeping them updated with the recruitment process
• Assisting and reporting to service delivery manager
• Collate and record interview feedback
• To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed.
