Job summary

Workforce Recruitment and Training is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Worcester team. You will screen CVs across a wide range of roles, lead resourcing activities to fulfill assignments, and manage candidate communications from start to finish.

You will maintain and update candidate records, support recruitment Consultants, and ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed. This role emphasizes strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience screening CVs for multiple roles.
• Resourcing candidates to fulfill assignments.
• Strong communication with candidates and clients.
• Experience maintaining candidate databases and records.
• Familiarity with recruitment compliance procedures.
• Administrative support experience.
