Jasmine Healthcare is seeking a proactive recruiter in Sleaford, Lincolnshire to manage end-to-end recruitment for six care homes. You will source candidates beyond adverts, build strong relationships with Home Managers, and use data to drive improvements while coordinating onboarding and checks.

The role offers a £28,000-£30,000 salary plus a 10% bonus, 37.5 hours per week, 28 days of holiday, and benefits including pension, training funding, and wellbeing support.

Formación

• At least one year of internal recruitment experience, including onboarding and right-to-work checks.
• Comfortable managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and managers.

Responsabilidades

• Own recruitment from start to finish across six care homes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and local networks.
• Develop creative recruitment campaigns to improve results and reduce agency reliance.
• Build strong relationships with Home Managers to understand needs and prioritise vacancies.
• Use recruitment data and candidate feedback to optimise processes and outcomes.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and ensure smooth onboarding for new joiners.
