Jasmine Healthcare’s residential nursing home in Sleaford is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant (Days). You will provide personal care and daily living support within a values-led organisation that prioritises staff happiness to improve resident wellbeing.

The role offers a £13.62 per hour rate with incentives, a £700 sign-on bonus after three months, full-time shifts, and alternating weekends. Expect strong training, benefits, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsabilidades

• Join a team of Care Assistants to provide high-quality care including personal care and daily living activities (washing, dressing, eating).
• Promote residents' independence with emphasis on choice, dignity and respect, and support physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Complete Daily Charts to a high standard, achieving 90%+ in monthly audits.
• Stay 100% up-to-date with mandatory training throughout the year.

Salary *:£13.62ph* plus incentives

Hours: Full time 3 to 4 shifts per week; 7am-7pm including alternate weekends

About St Andrew's Nursing and Care Home:

St Andrew’s is located in the lovely village of Ewerby (5 miles to the East of Sleaford).The home is set around a lovely old vicarage, which has been selectively extended in keeping with its character.This provides the homeliness that Jasmine seeks for its homes, whilst still providing modern living accommodation.The home provides personal care, including nursing and dementia care, for 42 residents.

Role Responsibilities as a Care Assistant

• You’ll join our team of dedicated Care Assistants to provide the highest possible level of care in supporting and assisting our residents in all aspects of daily living, including providing personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
• You’ll be responsible for promoting our resident's independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, alongside promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
• You’ll complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring that 90% and above is achieved during all Monthly Daily Charts Audits.
• Ensure you are 100% current with all your mandatory training throughout the year.
