Job summary

Jasmine Healthcare is seeking a proactive recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across six care homes. You will attract candidates beyond adverts, manage vacancies, and drive improvements in recruitment results.

You’ll work closely with Home Managers to prioritise openings and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new team members. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple vacancies with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year of internal recruitment experience, including onboarding and right-to-work checks.
• Experience recruiting in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment from start to finish across six care homes, from attracting candidates to onboarding.
• Source candidates beyond adverts via job boards, social media, referrals and campaigns.
• Generate ideas to improve recruitment results and reduce agency reliance.
• Build strong relationships with Home Managers to prioritise vacancies.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth start.
