Job summary

Jasmine Healthcare is seeking a proactive recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across six care homes. You will attract candidates beyond adverts, manage vacancies, and drive improvements in recruitment results.

You’ll work closely with Home Managers to prioritise openings and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new team members. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple vacancies with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year of internal recruitment experience, including onboarding and right-to-work checks.
• Experience recruiting in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and pre-employment checks.

What will you be doing?

• Own recruitment from start to finish – manage vacancies across our six care homes, from attracting candidates through to appointment and onboarding.
• Think beyond job adverts – proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, local networks and creative recruitment campaigns.
• Make things happen – generate new ideas, test different approaches and take responsibility for improving recruitment results.
• Build strong relationships – work closely with Home Managers to understand their needs, prioritise vacancies and keep recruitment moving.
• Deliver results – use recruitment data and candidate feedback to identify what works, improve performance and help reduce our reliance on agency workers.
• Get onboarding right – coordinate pre-employment checks and documentation, ensuring our new team members have a smooth welcome and are ready to start in line with our procedures.

What are we looking for?

• You’ll have at least one year’s experience in internal recruitment, including onboarding and right-to-work checks, and experience of recruiting in a busy, fast-paced environment.

You’ll also be someone who:

• Is proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Enjoys finding solutions and isn’t afraid to try something different.
• Takes accountability for actions and outcomes, following things through without needing constant reminders.
• Has excellent communication skills and can build positive relationships with candidates and managers.
• Is confident using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
• Brings positivity, resilience and a genuine desire to make a difference.

Experience of direct sourcing, recruitment campaigns, social media recruitment and Excel reporting would be an advantage, but above all, we want someone who takes initiative, tests new ideas and takes ownership of results.
