Lendable Ltd. is expanding its Talent function and seeking a Talent Partner who will own end-to-end hiring across the Operations function, including Complaints, Fraud, Financial Crime and Customer Operations.

• Experience hiring Operations roles or track record in high-volume recruitment.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to push back when needed.
• Data-driven approach; leverage analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; tailor messages to audience.
• Experience adopting AI into daily workflows to streamline processes.
• Experience in fast-paced, scale-up organisations.
