Job summary

LENDABLE is seeking a Talent Partner to own end-to-end hiring for the Operations function in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will partner with hiring managers to build strong pipelines across Complaints, Fraud, Financial Crime, and Customer Operations, ensuring speed and quality in a high-volume setting.

You will leverage data and AI to optimize sourcing, screening, and selection, while maintaining a candidate-focused process.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring Operations roles or high-volume recruitment.
• Excellent stakeholder management; build relationships and push back when needed.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to report on process and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end high-volume hiring across the Operations function.
• Partner with leaders to influence decisions using data and empathy.
• Scale processes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining candidate experience.
• Leverage AI to streamline hiring and continuously raise the bar on efficiency.
• Source creatively and widen talent pools with untapped channels.
• Analyze historical data to forecast pipeline needs and plan accordingly.
• Identify bottlenecks and reshape processes to improve conversion at each stage.
