Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to own end-to-end, high-volume hiring across Operations. You will recruit for Complaints, Fraud, Financial Crime, and Customer Operations, while leading a small Talent Partners team.

Build scalable processes, partner with leaders, and use data-driven insights to optimize outcomes. The ideal candidate brings experience in fast-paced scale-ups, leverages AI in workflows, and can forecast pipeline needs with strong stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Experience leading line management of Talent Partners while remaining an IC
• Experience hiring Operations roles or managing high-volume recruitment pipelines
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence at all levels
• Data-driven approach with analytics to improve hiring and reporting
• Experience adopting AI into everyday recruitment workflows

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end, high-volume hiring across the Operations function
• Recruit for Complaints, Fraud, Financial Crime, and Customer Operations teams
• Manage a small team of Talent Partners within Operations
• Build repeatable hiring processes that maintain fast-moving pipelines without sacrificing candidate or manager experience
• Partner with leaders and guide stakeholder conversations using data, insight, and empathy
• Adapt recruitment processes as hiring volume and priorities shift
• Use AI and automation to streamline hiring processes
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and identify untapped talent channels and pools
• Use historical data to forecast pipeline needs
• Identify bottlenecks and reshape hiring processes to improve conversion efficiency
• Present a task to the Talent team during the final onsite interview
