Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom is seeking a recruiter to own end-to-end, high-volume hiring across the Operations function, including Complaints, Fraud, Financial Crime and Customer Operations. You will build scalable processes and partner with leaders to guide conversations using data and empathy.

You will leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows, develop sourcing strategies, and adapt processes as volumes shift.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative sourcing strategies and identify untapped channels and talent pools
• Use historical data to plan future pipeline needs
• Identify bottlenecks and reshape hiring processes to improve conversion efficiency
• Potentially support hiring in Credit, Growth and Central Business during quieter periods
• Complete a task presentation during the final onsite interview

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build relationships and push back when needed
• Data-driven approach and comfort reporting on hiring processes and outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience adopting AI into everyday workflows
• Experience working in fast-paced scale-up organisations
• Comfortable supporting areas outside the core remit
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to be in the office three days per week
