STARK UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to provide first-line recruitment support for volume roles. You will help manage the recruitment lifecycle, coordinate stages, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with flexible start/finish times and a hybrid policy requiring four days at our Coventry head office. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential to succeed.

Reporting to the Lead Talent Partner, the successful candidate will provide first-line support and query resolution for all volume recruitment activities.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday, with flexibility of start/finish times to accommodate life outside of work. We have a hybrid working policy in place, where the expectation is for us to work 4 days a week in our head office based in Coventry (CV3 2TT).
