Job summary

Shirley Parsons is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Operations team in a hybrid role. You will own the recruitment process from attraction through onboarding, build talent pipelines, and foster relationships with schools to grow our future talent.

You’ll support the employee lifecycle and HR initiatives with coaching and analytics. This role offers hands-on ownership, opportunities to shape our ways of working, and a clear path to develop across HR and Talent

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented
• Comfort with MS Office and AI tools

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end in-house recruitment process from attraction to onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines and referrals, champion employee referrals.
• Develop relationships with schools and universities to attract future talent.
• Support onboarding, contracts, records and offboarding within employee lifecycle.
• Produce People dashboards and analytics to inform decisions.
• Support HR policies, employment law updates, and culture initiatives.
