You'll manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and development while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and best practice.

Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist experience across all lifecycle stages.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Practical payroll experience and handling HR data.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR processes from recruitment to offboarding.
• Provide proactive HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Maintain accurate HR records and run reports for leadership.
• Administer payroll, pension and employee benefits queries.
• Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives with the CFO and managers.
• Support employee development, performance reviews and engagement.
