Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Technician and Administrative roles across the UK and beyond. You will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to craft effective hiring strategies, drive sourcing and talent pipelining, and manage vendors to ensure compliance and top candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience across technician, skilled trades, manufacturing, operations, warehouse, administrative, or other support functions.
• Experience hiring for manufacturing sector preferred, including permanent and contingent workforce.
• Experience working in a complex international, matrixed organization and collaborating across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Technician, and Administrative roles across the UK and international sites.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective hiring strategies and best practices.
• Drive sourcing, talent pipelining, and hard-to-fill candidate attraction initiatives.
• Manage recruitment vendors and ensure performance, compliance, and policy alignment.
• Leverage market insights and recruitment data to provide consultative talent advice.
• Build talent pipelines through partnerships with technical schools, training centers, and community organizations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.
• Promote employee referral programs and strengthen the employer brand to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, employment laws and TA global processes.
• Maintain recruitment systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
