ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Partner to lead engineering and technical recruitment across our client base. You will build strong candidate pipelines, partner with HR and hiring managers, and guide stakeholders with market insights in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

This role offers a base salary plus commission and incentives, rewarding high performance and successful placements.

Competenze

• 3+ years recruiting experience, preferably from staffing or 360 recruiting.
• Proven success recruiting engineering, technical, or specialized roles.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions with high service levels.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
• Ability to engage, assess, and close high-quality candidates in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable in performance-based compensation.

• Experience with ATS and recruitment reporting tools.

We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and drive recruitment efforts across engineering and technical functions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone coming from a staffing agency or 360 recruiting environment who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting and enjoys building strong candidate pipelines.

In this role, you'll partner closely with HR Business Partners and hiring stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while providing market insights and recruitment expertise. Our compensation structure includes a competitive base salary plus commission, making this an ideal opportunity for recruiters who are motivated by performance and results.

Your responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners to align recruiting strategies with business needs and hiring priorities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes.
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening, assessment, interview preparation, and offer negotiations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitive hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes using relevant recruiting tools and systems.
• Consistently meet hiring goals and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
• Act as a trusted recruiting advisor while influencing hiring decisions through data and market expertise.

Required skills

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for candidates coming from a staffing agency, recruitment agency, or 360 recruiting background.
• Proven success recruiting for engineering, technical, or highly specialized professional roles.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking strategies, and other talent attraction methods.
• Demonstrated ability to engage, assess, and close high-quality candidates in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with commission and incentive-based compensation.
• Strong consultative approach and ability to influence hiring decisions through market expertise.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting tools.
