SurePoint Technologies seeks a seasoned People Operations Generalist & Recruiter to connect great people with the right opportunities and help managers build strong, successful teams. You’ll join a small People team, lead recruiting from kickoff to offer, and partner with managers to define role requirements and interview processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR, and full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience guiding managers through employee relations and performance situations.
• Practical understanding of employment practices and workplace compliance.
• Familiarity with job levels, salary ranges, and compensation recommendations.
• Experience with applicant tracking and HR information systems (Paylocity a plus).
• Strong organization and project-management skills; balance recruiting and People priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting for assigned roles, including kickoff conversations, sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate selection, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create thoughtful, consistent interview processes.
• Keep candidates and hiring teams informed throughout the recruiting process.
• Help create and update job descriptions and support job-leveling, compensation, and promotion recommendations.
• Provide managers with clear, practical guidance on routine performance, attendance, conduct, and employee concerns.
• Help managers document workplace and performance matters objectively and consistently.
• Coordinate annual performance reviews, employee surveys, and other recurring People programs.
• Support performance improvement and employee development processes.
• Administer People systems, test updates, troubleshoot issues, and partner with vendors when needed.
• Help maintain policies, required training, employee acknowledgments, and recurring compliance activities.
• Prepare reports and monitor recruiting progress, program participation, and key People processes.
• Handle confidential information with care and recognize when an issue needs additional support.
