Job summary

Assystem is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our growing UK team, focused on attracting and securing top talent for engineering and infrastructure roles. You’ll partner with hiring managers and Framework Managers to build pipelines, screen candidates, and manage end-to-end recruitment with a focus on quality and candidate experience.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, leverage networks, and provide market insights to shape hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting and candidate engagement skills.
• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to influence decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and influence hiring decisions.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through job boards, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and relationships with candidates and industry contacts.
• Manage multiple vacancies end-to-end including screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Champion the employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Provide market intelligence including salary benchmarking and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure recruitment compliance.
