Assystem in Bristol is seeking a proactive Recruiter to build relationships, influence hiring decisions, and deliver top talent for engineering and infrastructure projects. You’ll partner with hiring managers and Framework Managers to attract, assess and secure exceptional candidates, while building long-term staffing pipelines across critical sectors.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and contribute to employer branding and market insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment and multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting and candidate engagement skills with a proactive approach.
• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to influence decisions.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and influence hiring decisions.
• Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and talent communities.
• Build talent pipelines and relationships with candidates and industry contacts.
• Manage vacancies end-to-end: screening, assessment, interview coordination, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Champion the employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Provide market intelligence, including salary benchmarking and competitor activity, to support decisions.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure recruitment activity complies with procedures and employment law.
