Job summary

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Partner to lead engineering and technical recruitment across our client base. You will build strong candidate pipelines, partner with HR and hiring managers, and guide stakeholders with market insights in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

This role offers a base salary plus commission and incentives, rewarding high performance and successful placements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting experience, preferably from staffing or 360 recruiting.
• Proven success recruiting engineering, technical, or specialized roles.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions with high service levels.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
• Ability to engage, assess, and close high-quality candidates in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable in performance-based compensation.
• Consultative approach and ability to influence decisions with market expertise.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment reporting tools.
• Results-oriented with passion for connecting talent with opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles from intake to offer.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines via proactive sourcing, networking, referrals and market mapping.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to align recruiting with business needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure efficient hiring processes.
• Conduct outreach, screening, assessment, interview prep, and offer negotiations.
• Deliver a superior candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive hiring insights to stakeholders.
• Track activity, pipeline health and hiring outcomes using ATS and tools.
• Consistently meet hiring goals and metrics in a fast-paced environment.
• Act as trusted recruiting advisor, influencing decisions with data.
