Job summary

TTP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across technical, commercial and operational roles from our Cambridge-area campus. You’ll partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand needs, shape hiring approaches and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

You’ll bring strong recruitment instincts, hands-on sourcing, and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.

Qualifications

Track record in talent acquisition with end-to-end recruitment experience.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to advise and influence.
Direct sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS experience.
Ability to craft inclusive job adverts and personalised outreach.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment across diverse technical, commercial and operational roles.
Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to shape hiring needs.
Develop effective recruitment approaches and ensure excellent candidate experience.
Continually improve hiring processes, balancing AI usage with human judgement.
