TTP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across technical, commercial and operational roles from our Cambridge-area campus. You’ll partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand needs, shape hiring approaches and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

You’ll bring strong recruitment instincts, hands-on sourcing, and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.

Qualifikationen

• Track record in talent acquisition with end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to advise and influence.
• Direct sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS experience.
• Ability to craft inclusive job adverts and personalised outreach.
