Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks a TA Manager/Recruiting Business Partner to lead end-to-end recruiting for global functions. You will partner with senior leaders, translating workforce needs into effective strategies while delivering a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience.

You will balance hands-on recruiting with talent strategy, collaborate across TA specialties, and mentor recruiters, using data to improve hiring outcomes across your area.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in global or matrixed environments.
• Ability to partner credibly with senior leaders and influence hiring strategy.
• Strong judgement in assessing talent and advising on hiring decisions.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other recruiters.
• Comfort with recruiting data, systems, and digital tools.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring and positive candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned global functions from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring priorities and workforce plans.
• Develop and maintain regular touchpoints with senior leaders within supported functions.
• Advise stakeholders on market dynamics, candidate availability, and hiring trade-offs.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing approaches.
• Collaborate across Talent Acquisition functions to shape and execute recruiting strategies.
• Mentor and support recruiters within your specialized business area.
• Analyze recruiting data and share insights to inform decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of global TA processes and ways of working.
