Job summary

TPG is seeking a smart, proactive Talent Acquisition Analyst to join its Global HR team. This full-desk role owns candidate pipelines and screens while managing the engine of the search—complex logistics, feedback, and moving candidates through to offer.

You will create sourcing strategies, partner with TA leadership, and drive end-to-end searches across a wide range of roles, maintaining a white-glove candidate experience throughout.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate experience: manage high-volume scheduling for in-person and virtual interviews, travel itineraries and reimbursements.
• End-to-End Search Coordination: drive the coordination of every search in Greenhouse, including kickoff calls, scheduling and status updates.
• Recruitment Strategy & Execution: create and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies and manage search firm relationships.
• Source Talent: research the talent market and build pipelines via direct outreach, job postings and referrals.
• Full-Cycle Ownership: manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for roles such as EAs, Facilities Management and other corporate functions from kickoff to offer.
• Operational Leverage: partner with TA leadership to scale the function while maintaining a premium candidate experience.
• Feedback & Candidate Management: collect interviewer feedback and manage Greenhouse scorecards and next-step discussions.
• Process Optimization: refine recruiting workflows to automate and sustain long-term recruiting initiatives.
• Data & Administrative Support: maintain recruiting data integrity, manage email inbox, and assist with weekly reports and events.
• Broader HR Support: participate in HR initiatives across diversity, learning, and engagement.
