Taktile is seeking a Sr. Talent Partner in London to own end-to-end hiring across our commercial GTM organization and collaborate on technical, customer-facing roles.

You’ll advise leaders, design sourcing strategies, and shape how we attract top talent as we scale. You’ll partner with founders and leaders to build high-performing teams, leverage AI tools to optimize hiring, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience across a fast-growing fintech AI-native recruiting function.

Qualifikationen

• Five-plus years of full-cycle recruiting with heavy proactive sourcing, ideally at high-growth startups.
• Track record of hiring top commercial talent from AEs/BDRs to technical customer-facing roles.
• Confident in pushing back on and advising senior leaders.
• Experience using AI tools in daily recruiting workflows and curiosity to advance.
• Comfort with niche senior searches and high-volume pipelines.
• Commitment to candidate experience and using data to measure impact.
• Bonus: B2B SaaS or fintech recruiting or Ashby experience.

Aufgaben

• Commercial GTM hiring: own end-to-end hiring across our commercial org from shaping roles to sourcing, assessment and closing.
• Technical GTM hiring: partner on hiring for Solutions Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, Applied AI Engineers and other technical, customer-facing roles.
• Talent advisory: act as trusted advisor to GTM leaders and founders on hiring plans and team design.
• Sourcing strategy: build data-informed approaches for hard-to-find talent, from senior searches to high-volume pipelines.
• Assessment design: design interview processes, rubrics and take-home exercises that predict job success.
• Recruiting operations: use data and AI tools to spot bottlenecks and speed up recruiting.
• Employer brand: shape how Taktile shows up in the talent market and deliver great candidate experiences.
