London city based (hybrid, 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote)

Drive talent acquisition strategy and recruitment operations for business services roles across EMEA within a global professional services firm. Enhance candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring processes while ensuring diversity and international alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnering – Advise hiring managers on best practice, market insights, and recruitment strategies.
  • Service Excellence – Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring consistency, compliance, and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Diversity & Inclusion – Champion fair hiring practices and implement diverse recruitment strategies.
  • International Collaboration – Align regional hiring needs with global talent strategies.
  • Employer Branding – Strengthen direct sourcing and promote the organization as a top employer.
  • Optimization & Data – Improve processes with data-driven insights and recruitment technology.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven recruitment experience across multiple locations and skill sets.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, preferably in professional, financial, or legal services.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence hiring decisions.
  • Commercial mindset with experience in optimizing recruitment processes.
  • Comfortable managing high-volume workloads with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in talent acquisition.
