Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (EMEA)

Location: EMEA Remote

Job summary

Our mission is to identify, develop, and retain the talent and capabilities we need to drive business performance, and achieve our strategic objectives. We are committed to enabling a successful employee experience from Day One at Iron Mountain and creating a supportive, diverse, creative (and fun!) work environment. We’re dedicated to giving employees the HR resources and high level of strategic support they need when they need it, in an integrated, simplified and consistent way across the globe.

We have a requirement for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our EMEA team with a particular focus on senior level hires.

Your role in our mission:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a strategic recruitment advisor to business leaders across 30+ countries. You’ll play a key role in building a robust pipeline of high-calibre talent to support our ongoing growth and future ambitions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers globally to grow their teams in the EMEA region
  • Proactively sourcing and selecting candidates through a variety of channels, including advertising, referrals, talent pooling, and direct outreach.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process—from initial brief to offer acceptance—including assessments, interviews, and coordination with HR Operations to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
  • Providing expert guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, candidate evaluation, and internal processes.
  • Collaborating with the Compensation team to ensure competitive offers are aligned with market benchmarks, managing expectations on both the manager and candidate sides.
  • Working cross-functionally with HR and other internal stakeholders to identify and support continuous improvement of recruitment systems, tools, and processes.

Valued skills and experience:

You will be an experienced Senior Recruiter with a background in an in-house environment recruiting across multiple corporate functions. What matters most is your ability to understand complex, senior-level profiles and to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.

In addition, you will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in recruiting at Director level and above within a complex, global matrix organisation.
  • A strong understanding of organisational culture and strategic objectives, with the ability to identify and engage senior talent who align with both and deliver meaningful results.
  • Extensive experience using a variety of sourcing platforms, with particular expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter. You should be confident making at least a third of your hires through proactive outreach and direct sourcing.
  • Skilled stakeholder management, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior-level internal clients, including Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents.
  • Solid knowledge of employment legislation relevant to recruitment, and a demonstrable commitment to inclusive hiring practices and principles of diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and people management tools; experience with Workday Recruiter is highly desirable.
  • A high level of self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a remote working environment, balancing multiple priorities with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
