Layka Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a highly organised Talent Acquisition Lead to join the growing Talent & HR team in the Staines area.

You will provide essential administrative support across the recruitment process, helping to keep hiring activity coordinated, accurate and candidate-focused from vacancy approval through onboarding. The role involves coordinating interviews, postings, candidate communications and records, while liaising with managers and agencies to arrange recruitment activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, HR support or recruitment coordination.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear and professional communication with candidates, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Pride in delivering accurate administration and candidate-focused experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating interviews, room bookings, virtual meeting links and candidate communications.
• Supporting creation, posting and administration of job adverts and candidate responses.
• Maintaining recruitment records, ATS updates and hiring documentation.
• Liaising with hiring managers, HR colleagues, candidates and external agencies to arrange recruitment activity.
• Preparing recruitment reports, hiring updates and onboarding information when required.
• Providing a professional, inclusive and responsive experience for candidates throughout the process.
