Responsibilities

• Post job adverts and source suitable candidates.
• Screen applicants and shortlist for managers.
• Manage the full onboarding process with a positive candidate experience.
• Complete compliance checks to maintain audit readiness.
• Oversee timesheet administration and resolve queries.
• Act as a point of contact for candidate or client queries.
• Maintain pipelines, trackers, and reports for planning.
• Collaborate with the Talent Team to share best practice.
