Job summary

M4 Recruitment in the North London area is seeking a Talent Lead to own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across our North London & East Territory. You'll drive candidate journeys, compliance and service quality in a fast-growing, tech-enabled environment.

This role suits someone organised, people-focused and analytically minded, with experience in recruitment delivery and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Hybrid work options and clear progression paths are available.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Analytically minded with ability to interpret data and spot trends.
• Proactive, people-focused approach with excellent communication.
• Experience in recruitment administration or resourcing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Post job adverts and proactively source suitable candidates.
• Screen applicants and support shortlisting for managers.
• Manage the full onboarding process with accuracy and positive candidate experience.
• Complete compliance checks to maintain audit readiness.
• Oversee timesheet administration and query resolution.
• Act as a point of contact for candidate or client queries.
• Maintain pipelines, trackers and reports to support planning.
• Collaborate with the wider Talent Team to share best practices.
