The successful candidate will be organised, data-driven, and people-focused, driving high-quality delivery while collaborating with clients and management teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Analytically minded, with the ability to interpret data, spot trends and use insights to drive smarter decisions.
• A proactive, people-focused approach to recruitment delivery.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in recruitment administration, resourcing or customer service is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Post job adverts and proactively source suitable candidates.
• Screen applicants and support shortlisting for Business Managers & Account Managers.
• Manage the full onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and a positive candidate experience.
• Complete compliance checks to maintain audit readiness.
• Oversee timesheet administration including reminders and accuracy checks.
• Act as a point of contact for candidate or client queries, escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, trackers, and reports to support operational planning.
