M4 Recruitment is seeking a Talent Lead to join the North London & East Territory. You will own the candidate journey, from job adverts to onboarding and compliance, to deliver fast, compliant, and high-quality service for clients and management teams.

The role is structured as a hybrid position with potential remote work, offering clear progression and incentives within a supportive environment.

Responsabilidades

• Post job adverts and proactively source suitable candidates.
• Screen applicants and shortlist for Business Managers & Account Managers.
• Manage onboarding to ensure accuracy and a positive candidate experience.
• Complete compliance checks (RTW, licences, references) to maintain audit readiness.
• Oversee timesheet administration including reminders and accuracy checks.
• Serve as point of contact for candidate or client queries and escalate as needed.
• Maintain pipelines, trackers, and reports to support planning.
• Collaborate with the Talent Team to share best practice and ensure service consistency.
