Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Curious problem-solving: enjoy researching issues to solve complex problems.
• AI & automation proficiency: passion for using AI tools, prompts, or workflow automations.
• Data fluency: able to work with data and build dashboards to guide decisions.
• Executive presence: confident, tactful communication with senior stakeholders.
• Project management: ability to manage multiple projects in various stages.

Responsibilities

• Data reporting: produce reports and dashboards for the TA team.
• AI, automation & workflow optimization: use AI and automation to remove bottlenecks and redesign workflows toward an admin-zero environment.
• TA Ops projects: contribute to strategic projects like interviewer training, tooling implementations, and refined TA processes.
• Data quality: regular data-quality checks to keep reporting accurate.
• Ashby ownership: configure Ashby to improve pipeline velocity and test new features/AI integrations.
• Contract configuration: manage regional contracts in Ashby and update addendums.
• Support recruiters in the region with Ashby and workflow optimization.
• Process documentation: write SOPs and keep the knowledge base updated.
