Job summary

Retail Insights in London is seeking a Head of Recruitment to own our end-to-end hiring process from role profiling to interviews. You will shape our recruiting strategy, work closely with the CEO, and help build the employer brand in the Insurtech space at our London HQ, with office-based work from Monday to Friday.

• Own all aspects of the recruitment process from role profiling to interviewing.

• Take ownership of all recruitment stages, from role profiling to candidate evaluation.
• Develop and automate recruiting processes to improve efficiency.
• Improve onboarding in collaboration with management.
• Engage with candidates ranging from students to executives.
