Job summary

Mizuho is seeking a Talent Acquisition Support (TAS) coordinator to join the HR team in London. You will work with lateral recruitment and early careers across EMEA and APAC, coordinating interviews, feedback, offer letters, and background checks while handling travel logistics.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders, support campus events, and help maintain recruitment records and onboarding processes. This is a 12-month fixed-term role with hybrid office and remote work options.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling interviews for EMEA lateral hires.
• Collecting and processing feedback forms from interviewers.
• Maintaining recruitment files and CV logs in line with local data requirements.
• Drafting campus and full-time offer letters for candidates in EMEA and APAC.
• Conducting background checks with HR and Compliance.
• Arranging travel and logistics for interviews and assessment centers.
• Coordinating campus events across Europe and liaising with vendors.
• Processing invoices for campus expenses and candidate travel.
• Scheduling intern training programmes and onboarding logistics.
• Collaborating with mentors and GAMP coordinators for onboarding.
• Supporting recruitment materials and vendor microsites with branding teams.
